Account Deletion Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Right to Delete Your Account
Users have the right to request the deletion of their Pulse account at any time. Account deletion may be initiated through:
- The account settings section within the application (if available).
- A deletion request submitted through our support channels.
- Email communication sent to our designated support address.
2. Information Deleted Upon Account Removal
When an account deletion request is successfully processed, we may permanently remove:
Deleted information may not be recoverable after the deletion process has been completed.
3. Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained after account deletion where permitted or required by law for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, audit logs, or legal compliance). Such info will not be used to reactivate your account.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within a reasonable period after verification of account ownership. Some data may remain temporarily in backup systems until scheduled deletion cycles are completed.
5. Verification Requirements
To protect user privacy and security, Pulse may require verification of account ownership (e.g., account authentication or email confirmation) before processing a deletion request.
6. Effect of Account Deletion
Once account deletion is completed, access to the account will be permanently revoked and login credentials will no longer function. Users are encouraged to download or save any important information before requesting deletion.
7. Subscription and Billing Considerations
Subscription cancellation may be required before account deletion. Outstanding payments remain the responsibility of the user. Deleting an account does not automatically guarantee a refund for previously paid services.
8. Third-Party Services
Account deletion within Pulse may not automatically delete information stored by third-party providers integrated with Pulse. Users may need to manage those accounts separately.
9. Data Retention for Legal Compliance
Pulse may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud and abuse.
